Talk Too Much
When something is transformed from thoughts or memories into words it becomes real. And in that moment it also becomes an illusion, something fragile and disposable.
The reality is the acknowledgement that the speaker makes of those things, but the illusion is the impression that the words leave behind. The only real thing about them is the perception of them in the mind of the speaker, but the truth is not in words. Words are like smoke. No matter how dense it is and how close it may seem to being tangible, it can always be passed through and it will always dissipate.
No matter how much one tries to speak the truth and release the thoughts that burden them, all that can be expelled is an interpretation structured from the language you know. But if you don't understand what is in your heart, those words are futile. And when you think you understand and try to express that meaning from your heart, those words are delusions. Words, afterall, are merely arbitrary symbols of concepts the mind can not fully comprehend. What you feel can not perfectly be translated into words.
If you can't understand it without an explanation, you can't understand it with an explanation.
Sometimes I'm drowning in my own words, trying to create a reality with them that could save my soul. But making that vain effort just proves how lost it really is.
What are the things in my heart? Words are not what lies there.
